No purchase is required, you don’t have to wear a funny costume. You just submit lodging and food expenses from the host hotel, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, for purchases between midnight Central time Saturday, July 7, to midnight Central time Wednesday, July 11.
The UNITE 2018 Retailer Members Hotel & Food Rebate Offer pays up to a maximum of $1,000 per retailer member organization for nightly guest room costs (including taxes and resort fees) and food and beverages (except alcoholic beverages and room service). The reimbursement offer does not include travel costs, parking, gratuities, or personal expenses.
If retailers bring staff to and register for UNITE 2018, all expenses may be combined and reimbursed up to the $1,000 maximum per member organization. You must be 18 years old to qualify for reimbursement.

Roush said the rebate offer helps make UNITE 2018 attendance affordable, but more importantly, retailers should be there to experience first-hand powerful new programs in data access and use, inventory financing, exclusive products, and leading-edge media marketing and advertising tools that will significantly change the industry.
