REGISTRATION

  1. Where is UNITE Registration located at the Gaylord Opryland?
Registration is located inside the Presidential Lobby, directly in front of the Presidential Ballrooms A&B. Walk through the Tennessee Lobby, if entering from the Magnolia Suites. Room registration is in the Cascade lobby.
  2. How can I register online?
The registration link will be available this spring. You will be able to register all personnel through the UNITE 2018 registration website located at www.CBAUnite.com/register.
  3. Do I need to be a member of CBA to attend?
UNITE is open to all member and non-member retailers, however, to exhibit, companies must be members. The exhibit floor is closed to the general public and to suppliers who are not exhibiting. Select events are open to the general public.
  4. How many personnel badges will my company receive?
All personnel must show their own badge to enter the exhibit floor. You will receive three complimentary badges per 10′ x 10′ booth with a maximum of 12 badges total per company. Beyond the complimentary maximum allotment, companies may purchase up to 12 additional badges for $35 each. A maximum of 24 badges per exhibiting company will be allowed. Receive three additional complimentary personnel badges when you invest in a Hospitality Suite. Exhibitors receive badge credentials by registering at www.CBAUnite.com/register.
  5. My company is a CBA associate/supplier member, but not exhibiting this year. Why can we not attend the convention?
Exhibitors fund convention and trade-show operations that attract and host buyers. It is not fair to those who have invested in the annual event to compete against non-exhibitors who do not help fund or support convention operations. This policy aims to protect exhibitors from unfair advantage.
  6. How do companies become eligible to exhibit at CBA conventions?
CBA relies on retailers to be ultimate judges of what products are appropriate for the CBA exhibit floor. To be eligible to exhibit, companies must have active accounts with at least three Christian-store retailers. New exhibitors go through an approval process to determine eligibility. If you would like to exhibit, visit the First-Time UNITE Exhibitor page. CBA complies with federal regulations prohibiting discrimination because of product quality, subject, or religious outlook.
  7. Do spouses and children need badges?
Yes. A badge is required for any person to access the exhibit floor. Youth ages 17 and younger receive free badges but still must register. For safety reasons, children are not allowed on the floor during setup or tear down.
  8. Can authors or artists get badges?
Independent authors or artists who are CBA members may register as industry professionals or as exhibitors if they purchase exhibit space either on the main exhibit floor or in specialized exhibiting areas, such as Creative Place—a tabletop area designed for smaller or up-and-coming exhibitors. Authors and artists affiliated with exhibiting suppliers or retail stores may receive exhibitor or guest badges from them.
  9. What happens if I lose my badge?
Your badge is your key to the convention exhibit floor. Security guards will check your badge before allowing you in. If you lose your badge, the registration desk can replace it for a $50 reprint fee. Please note you may be asked to wait until currently registering attendees are served.
  10. What if someone has already picked up my badge, and I am unable to get it?
Registration will reprint your badge for you if the confirmation letter lists you as the recipient. The reprint fee is $50.
  11. Will I get a refund if I cancel my preregistration?
Please send an email request to crsregistration@expologic.com within 15 days following convention and each request will be considered separately. A $25 cancellation fee applies. No purchased food events will be refunded after June 27, 2018.
  12. What do the different color lanyards mean?
    Exhibitors                                                        Blue
